• Returns within 15 Days: If you are unsatisfied with the scent, you may return the oil or incense within 15 days of the receiving date for a refund or exchange.
• Returns within 30 Days (Unopened): Unopened oils and incense may be returned within 30 days of the receiving date for a refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging and unused.

Oil Burners & Incense Holders

• 30-Day Return Policy: You may return oil burners and incense holders within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all packaging and accessories.

Return Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
